A former storage facility in the London Borough of Ealing, that was surplus to the requirements of the owner-occupier.
The property was acquired on behalf of Network Homes following a tender process, on a conditional “subject to planning” basis. Our client secured consent for 105 apartments, which has subsequently delivered as much needed affordable housing.
